About Toast:
For me, the real goodness in life is made up of two types of moments:

1. the celebratory ones that create the milestones of your life – sometimes shared memories and events that mark the significant moments of YOU from then to now, and
2. the simple, everyday extraordinary ones – where the experience of some random person, place or thing leads you to an unexpected revelation, small or staggering, about how good life can be.

These moments are the toast of life, from champagne toasts to cinnamon toast – all the things that I encounter that are lush and captivating and worthy of a little shout-out. I hope you enjoy hearing about some of my toast-worthy moments and that they maybe lead you to discovering a few of your own.


About Me:
I’m a Communications specialist – hustling at everything from writing/editing to event management is my professional preoccupation. I’ve got a pretty keen eye for style and a passion for pop culture, food and all sorts of design. Often my profession and passions hook up which, when it happens, is amazing.

For as long as I can remember I’ve been a writer who loves good photography, but have found that less and less of these two things are a part of my everyday life in a way that really matters to me. So when a good friend suggested I start writing Toast, I listened, and here it is. (I’m about eight years behind the blogging boom, but well, who cares?).
